HSBC and NatWest in days of outage

Tens of thousands of people were left without banking facilities on Saturday morning as an upgrade to NatWest's servers went wrong, immobilising updates, mobile banking and in some cases cash points. Elsewhere HSBC is understood to have suffered similar glitches over the weekend. Remember, we bailed these guys out.
