Proceeds from The Girls of Ryanair calendar will go to DEBRA, a charity providing support to people suffering from epidermolysis bullosa (EB), a genetic skin condition.

Twelve girls were chosen from over 400 crew staff who applied to appear in the fifth annual Ryanair calendar, which was shot on location in Lanzarote by photographer John Rowley.

The fifth annual calendar costs £8.50 and can be purchased on board Ryanair flights, from DEBRA's charity shops in Spain and Ireland, or on the airline's website (ryanair.com).

The low-cost carrier says it hopes to raise £85,000 from sales.

According to the Telegraph, Ryanair spokesman Stephen McNmara said the money would go towards taking 50 children who suffer with EB and their families on a holiday to Malaga, with the support of members of the team at DEBRA.
