The company that owns Birmingham City football club has warned the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that it will record a "substantial loss" for the year to 30 June 2011. Birmingham International Holdings issued the warning just 48 hours after the club's acting chairman, Peter Pannu, revealed in his notes for the programme for the weekend's home game that the club was looking for new investors and spoke of a "re-listing of the parent company".
