Clegg declares war on SME 'red tape'

Too many regulations, too much red tape. For some SMEs, it can mean up to 12 visits a year from some government bureaucrats. Nick Clegg isn't too happy about it either, so today he's claiming the government is committed to scrapping unnecessary regulation, particularly from quangos and other state bodies. But haven't we heard this all before?
