Brits shunning "costly" contents cover

Almost a quarter of the UK population is running the risk of losing all the furniture, clothes and possessions in their homes by shunning home contents insurance, new figures show.

And for four million - or 34% - of them, getting burgled would be the only thing that would prompt them to consider taking out cover of this kind in the future.
