Employment tribunal claims soar for part-timers

The numbers of part-time disgruntled staff have risen fast. Latest employment tribunal figures show the number of claims against employers by part-time workers trebled to 1,600 in the year to March. Much of it is down to new money-saving tactics deployed by companies, such as shorter working weeks.
