Parents tell Government: shackle our crazy kids!

Today's parents simply don't trust their own kids on the roads.

That seems to be the conclusion of new research from road safety organisation Brake, which has been asking parents what they think should be done about their kids on the country's highways as part of its 2young2die campaign. It focuses on the risks that young people take on the road and how to prevent them.
