Saab down but not out... yet

Superman appears to have swept in and saved Saab from the brink of ruin for what seems to be the hundredth time.

This current save comes in form of an appeal blocking a previous court ruling preventing Saab from beginning a "voluntary reorganisation process to secure shirt-term stability" (or, to put it bluntly, – firing people to cut costs until they can get a bigger loan) due to the fact that the court couldn't see Saab actually pulling it off.
