It seems tech companies don't rule quite as much as we're led to believe – at least not according to a new US survey of customer loyalty to brands. The latest Brand Keys Customer Loyalty Index ranks Dunkin Donuts above Google, and also finds Twitter outranked by vodka and hair colour products.
