Saab gets another reprive as it is allowed appeal

Saab's impending demise has been delayed again after it was told it can appeal against the decision that prevented from entering voluntary reorganisation earlier this month.

The Swedish company applied for protection from its creditors while it sorted its finances out, but it was originally told it would not be allowed to have it, although it has now been told it is allowed to appeal.
