Sorry, I mean excuse me, but do we really need brashness classes?

So the latest survey shows us Brits to be a bunch of apologetic, nervous nellies.

It'll be no surprise to anyone with a few manners that this is the finding from a bunch of fabulously direct New Yorkers.

The New York Bakery Co is going a step further than inadvertently insulting the vast majority of the population, it's decided to offer free classes in brashness to toughen us all up. Their survey of 1,000 people found that on average we say 'sorry' up to eight times a day which turns out to be 2,920 times a year and 233,600 sorries in a lifetime.
