McRae blamed for fatal helicopter crash

Updated

An inquiry into the helicopter crash that took the lives of rally legend Colin McRae, his five-year-old son John and two family friends has ruled that McRae himself was to blame.

In September 2007 a helicopter piloted by McRae crashed into trees in Mouse Valley, near his home in Larkhall, Lanarkshire. Graeme Duncan and six-year-old Ben Porcelli were also killed.
