Brit Gary Hunt has won the 2011 Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series, making it the second year running he's been crowned king.

Southampton-born Gary beat 12 other divers to the title with his run of nerve-tingling jumps around the world.

More than 15,000 tourists and locals gathered to watch the daredevil jump from q 27metre-high platform under the Swallow's Nest Castle in the seventh and final leg of the competition in Yalta, Ukraine (pictured).

Gary had in fact earned enough points to win in August, but wanted to see the competition to the end.

The cliff-jumping king will pocket £15,000 winnings for his success, before returning to his day job of entertaining tourists with his dives at the Walygator amusement park in France.
