Taxpayers' to pick up next crash bill?

Some banks, unbelievably, believe they are off the hook for the next credit seizure bill. A major Bank of England policymaker, Paul Fisher, has revealed some UK banks still think the tab for the major future credit crisis will be picked up by the poor old UK taxpayer.
