Market crash within weeks?

The insurance debt warning light is again glowing red. The cost of insuring RBS debt has now hit more than 340 basis points. This spike means the annual cost to insure £1m of credit default swaps have now hit at least £34,00 - higher than it was in October 2008 when markets collapsed by more than 20%.
