AXA in ambulance chaser crackdown

Insurer AXA has said that it will no longer accept referral fees from ambulance chasing personal injury lawyers. About time too. The insurers' trade body the Association of British Insurers (ABI) should tell all its members to ban them too. It has been mealy mouthed in saying it wants a ban. Insurers should put their own house in order.
