Now wealthy French say 'tax the rich'

Meet Liliane Bettencourt (right). She is the principal shareholder in L'Oreal and has an estimated fortune of $23.5bn. Along with 15 other wealthy French individuals, she has signed a letter calling for a tax on the rich. Because she thinks France is worth it.
