British daredevil sets world straitjacket record over Niagara Falls

A British daredevil set a world record after dangling from a helicopter by his ankles and escaping from a straitjacket 100ft above a lake in Canada's Niagara Falls region.
Geordie Rob Roy Collins broke free in just one minute 22 seconds, defeating Harry Houdini's record of 2 minutes 22 seconds for wriggling free from a straitjacket.
The brave 33-year-old, who was wearing a Newcastle United football top in tribute to his home team, said he nearly panicked when the jacket got stuck on his neck.
He told the Express: "There was a scary moment when the straitjacket was stuck around my neck and I thought there was a chance I couldn't get out. This is by far the toughest, scariest and most thrilling stunt I have ever performed. It felt incredible being more than 100ft high."
After completing the escape, he took a Union flag from his pocket and waved it to the crowds below as the aircraft brought him back to earth.
