New rules for online film and music - could your internet be cut off?

The government has announced new rules regarding sharing film and music online. There is some good news, which means that every-day practices which do no harm to anyone will be decriminalised. However, if you ever download music or films illegally there is also a shock in store, because your activities will mean you risk having the internet cut off altogether.
