23% of motorists admit to dangerous new driving game

Millions of us now rely on GPS to find our way on Britain's roads, but Sainsbury's Car Insurance has identified a new, and dangerous phenomenon - GPS racing.

Last year 7.2 million of us played this risky driving game; racing to reach a destination faster than the predicted arrival time indicated by our GPS.
