Herbert set to make Spa 24 Hours debut

Updated

Just what is with endurance races and driver comebacks? Last year, it was Mark Blundell and the Spa 24 Hours, in January Martin Brundle returned to the hot seat for the Daytona 24 Hours and now Johnny Herbert has got in on the act. It seems you just can't keep old racing drivers down.

Herbert, whose victory at the British Grand Prix in 1995 still brings a smile to Autoblog's collective faces, has been signed up to drive for United Autosports' assault on the Spa 24 Hours this weekend and has his sights set on potential victory.
