Royal Mail pays £300,000 for lost post

Last year the Royal Mail paid out £300,000 for lost post, including redirection and delivery delays and customer complaints hit 50,000. And that was just in Wales. Much of the complaints related to lost items as well as delivery and redirection delays. The CF - Cardiff - postcode saw well over 13,500 complaints.
