Could energy bills double by 2016?

If you think your gas and electricity bill is expensive now, wait till you get to 2016. By that time your bill may have doubled. European banking operator UniCredit thinks the cost of new power stations and wind farms - not to mention installing new smart meters - will send prices soaring.
