Brainless boy racer reverses down dual carriageway to evade police

We can't quite work out who comes out worst in this – the brainless idiot trying to evade arrest that thinks driving the wrong way down a dual carriageway and reversing at speed towards a roundabout is a good idea, or the morons laughing at his antics and cheering him on.

Suffice to say we would come over all "Disgusted of Tunbridge Wells" and lock up the lot of them for ruining it for the rest of us. Sadly the police were unable to do that as they sensibly decided that continuing the chase would put the safety of other road users (and the cretins pointing their camera phones at the event) at risk.
