Renault announces new Twingo and Clio hot hatch pairing

Renault has announced a new top-of-the-range hot hatch version of its two smallest cars – the Twingo and the Clio.

The two cars will bear 'Silverstone GP' name badges, and are based on the Twingo Renaultsport 133 and Clio Renaultsport 200 respectively, and both sit on the lower and stiffer Cup chassis. The Twingo also gets a stainless steel Renaultsport exhaust system to enhance its soundtrack.
