Video: Lucky escapes for two drivers at Nurburgring 24 Hours

A pair of BMW drivers at this weekend's Nurburgring 24 Hours will be counting their lucky stars after two huge crashes sent them both airborne and off the track.

The two unrelated events were thankfully not too drastic in terms of the race, and none of the drivers involved were hurt. Equally reassuring was the fact that the fencing beyond the barrier did its job properly and nobody else was hurt either.
