Top Gear finally rapped over the knuckles by BBC watchdog

The BBC's watchdog has finally got round to officially reprimanding the Top Gear presenters for insulting Mexicans in the previous series of the world-famous show.

It's editorial complaints unit (ECU) dealt with formal criticisms made by 11 viewers, and upheld the view that they reinforced negative national stereotypes.
