Tough new insurance laws start today

A tough new insurance law have come into action that requires cars to be insured even if they are not being driven.

The Continuous Insurance Enforcement law means that owners that keep a vehicle without insurance could be liable for a £100 fine, or have their car clamped, towed, or even crushed.
