This year's running of the 24 Hours of Le Mans could be one of the closest in the race's 79-year history, certainly the closest between Audi and Peugeot - the two works teams that have dominated the event for the past few years.

For one of those drivers, that level of competitiveness provides extra spice to the challenge but also another hurdle to jump in his quest to reach the chequered flag first. Can two-time winner Allan McNish finally claim a hat-trick of Le Mans victories this weekend?
