Drive: Vauxhall Ampera

The official launch of Vauxhall's plug-in hybrid electric vehicle might be a way off, but I sneaked an early drive of this future Nissan Leaf rival at the Society of Motor Manufacturer and Traders (SMMT) Test Day recently.

It was doubly interesting as I'd also got a drive in Chevrolet's version, the Volt. So how does the Vauxhall compare and should we get excited about this new green car? My short drive answered a lot of these questions.
