Stewart calls for changes at accident black spot

At the most glamorous fixture on the F1 calendar, there was a heart-stopping moment just before 3pm for the spectators lined up on their yachts in the Monte Carlo marina.

The morning's free practice session had already seen Nico Rosberg lose control of his Mercedes on the now infamous bump at the tunnel exit approaching the harbour chicane, only narrowly avoiding a collision with the barrier at the far end of run-off zone. Sergio Perez was not so lucky: the Mexican man struck it side-on with his Sauber C30.
