Boris to confront Obama over embassy congestion charges

President Barack Obama could find himself faced with an irate Mayor of London when he visits London next week.

The Mayor, Boris Johnson, plans to confront the President over the millions in unpaid congestion charges his embassy staff have racked up since the charge was introduced eight years. The current US 'bill' stands at £5.2m.
