Dani Sordo: it was good to finish sixth

Dani Sordo began his motorsport career in motocross when he was just 12 years old. Also successful in hillclimbing, karting and touring cars, his first World Rally Championship event was back in 2003 on the Rally Catalunya where he finished 18th overall.

Winner of the 2003 and 2004 Spanish Junior Championship, he held the title again in 2005 and then moved on to the Junior World Championship. Victories in Sardinia, Finland, Germany and Spain brought him the Junior world title the same year.
