Video: Terrifying moment jet careers out of control

A terrifying moment when a jet plane lurched out of control has been caught on camera by witnesses on the ground below.

Passers by in Moscow taped the Tupolev plane careering out of control, and filmed it twisting from side to side before pilots manage to land it safely at a military aerodrome.

Luckily, there were no passengers on board at the time.

Russian military prosecutors have launched an investigation into the incident.
