Drivers can dodge fines at 86mph

Police forces throughout England and Wales are giving drivers the green light to speed and avoid points on their licence.

Speeds of up to 86mph will be allowed on UK roads and if drivers are caught they will be required to undertake a speed awareness course thereby avoiding the dreaded points on their licence.
