Porsche unveils 542bhp Panamera Turbo S

Porsche has unveiled its most powerful Panamera yet under the Turbo S badge.

The new range-topper boosts output of the 4.8-litre twin-turbo V8 to 542bhp - a 42bhp increase over the standard Turbo model's 500bhp.
