Anyone under the age of 30 will be familiar with the driving theory test. The multiple choice exam challenges learners to answer 50 questions before they're allowed to get behind the wheel to tackle the practical phase.

It can be a little tricky - the pass rate requires 43 correct answers - but the test is hardly a Mensa-style brain buster; particularly as all the questions are freely available beforehand in self-help books and DVDs.
