Video: the wild seal in Ireland who waves at tourists

Holidaymakers in Howth, near Dublin in Ireland have been flocking to see a wild seal who waves at them from the harbour.

Locals have named him Charlie, and he's is causing quite a stir, not least among the other seals in the harbour. As you can see from the video, they're far from amused by the fact that Charlie gets more than his fair share of fish from the tourists who feed him...
