Video: BMW tests i8 hybrid sports car in the cold

Proof that BMW is working hard on the development of the i8, the flagship model of its new 'efficient dynamics' i brand can be seen in these videos of cold weather testing that have recently made their way on to YouTube.

The clips of the car driving on the snow give us a good idea of what the finished car will look like on the move, but we're still not too sure about those roof-mounted wing mirrors.
