Video: Nightmare short flight takes 12 hours

Think you've had your fair share or nightmare flights? Well this one takes some beating.

An American Airlines flight from Barbados to New York took 12 hours - when it should only have taken four.

Multiple failed attempts to land, refueling in Boston and bad weather combined to make this one gruelling trip.

CNN interviewed one of the passengers, Caitlin Gory, a student on holiday. See her interview below.
