Rally driver forgets to pick up his co-pilot

Rallying is unique in motorsport as it is the only discipline that requires two people to be in the cockpit at the same time - it's a team effort and that's where this pair went wrong as our video wonderfully demonstrates.

Already in a spot of bother after spinning on what looks like a fairly innocuous stretch of road, the driver then succeeds in getting the car's nose stuck in the ditch.
The co-driver leaps out to help get the car pointing in the right direction with the generous help of the locals. Except for our Italian cameraman that is, who's clearly a master of delegation as he offers advice from a safe distance.

We're glad he showed devotion to duty though otherwise we wouldn't be treated to the sight of spectators laughing and cheering the co-driver - resplendent in his Stig-like all-white outfit - as he legs it down the road after his fast-disappearing mate. Enjoy.
