Brundle targets more racing - BBC permitting

For those motorsport fans hoping to see Martin Brundle back at Le Mans after his impressive return at the Rolex 24 at Daytona, they will have to wait until 2012 at the earliest even though the 1988 World Sportscar Champion is keen to race again.

This year's 24 Hours of Le Mans clashes with the Canadian Grand Prix and as the newly-appointed lead F1 commentator, the BBC are naturally reluctant to let their star man disappear to deepest France for the weekend. But his experience at Daytona has certainly relit the competitive fire in the old racer.
