Banish your tummy on a yummy mummy Tuscan break

Updated

Calling all new mums! If you've recently had a baby and you're finding it hard to shift the weight, don't panic. The Mum and Baby Experience might just have the answer.

Here's your chance to make like a celebrity and jet off to a luxury villa in Tuscany, where - get this - there's round-the-clock baby sitting, no cooking or cleaning, and a personal trainer to help you whittle your waistline.

With five other like-minded mums, your day will consist of four full-body workouts, covering pilates fusion, aqua aerobics, and circuit training, while your baby (any age from three months to three years), will be kept busy with nursery rhymes and Latin dancing in the shaded garden.

Villa Radicata (pictured) is nestled in the lush Tuscan countryside, near the cosy hamlet of Caroni San Cristoforo, (accessible from Perugia airport, just a two-hour flight from London Stansted), and also has a child-friendly fenced private pool.

Not only are your baby's needs catered for when you arrive at the villa, you can also travel light because toys, cots and baby baths are already in place.

And if you want something a little more relaxing, you can always opt for the revitalising yoga and cooking break.

The holiday: Departing on 1 to 6 May 2011 or 8 13 May 2011, prices start at £700 per person based on a double room with a shared bathroom or £800 for a double with en-suite bathroom. Best of all toddlers and babies stay for free while dads/grandparents/friends share the same room for an extra £300. Prices include accommodation, all meals, all group activities and transfers. Beauty treatments are also available at an additional cost. Flights to Perugia cost from £59 one way with Ryanair from London Stansted departing 1 May 2011.
