One in 20 hit by scams last year - are you next?

There are two things we know about scams. First, we're not at any real risk, and second, we're far too savvy to fall victim to one. All this seems perfectly true, until you suddenly find someone has emptied your bank account.

New figures from the OFT show that one in twenty of us were victims of a scam last year alone, so what are our weak points, and how can we avoid being caught out?
