Formula One commentator Martin Brundle will start on the fifth row of today's Rolex 24 at Daytona after qualifying his Riley-Ford Daytona prototype in ninth place overall.

A former F1 driver and previous winner of the gruelling endurance race in 1988 with Jaguar, Brundle has linked up with his old friend and ex-F1 team-mate, Mark Blundell, as one half of the United Autosports team that is making its debut at Daytona.
