Lotus and Lotus given March courtroom date

The bizarre battle between two of Formula One's newest teams for the right to call themselves Lotus is set to carry on until March at the earliest after a Judge set a court hearing date of 21 March.

This means that the first race of the calendar on 13 March will feature two teams bearing the Lotus name above their garage, even if the season doesn't finish that way.
