While Land Rover does a fine line in glitzy and exclusive vehicles with the Range Rover and the Discovery, the burly, Spartan Defender is quite the opposite.

The manufacturer's timeless mud plugger is more likely to be seen in a farmer's field than the city centre - unless you go for the new Defender X-Tech Limited Edition that is.
