Revealed! World's top ten airlines announced in Paris

And the winner is... Ryanair! Jokes aside, the top ten airlines have been announced at the Paris Air Show, and Qatar Airways has come out on top.

The airline has consistently climbed up the rankings in recent years, and has jumped up from eighth place last year.

Singapore Airlines came in at second place in the Skytrax World Airline Awards, followed by Asiana Airlines – which took out the top position last year, and Cathay Pacific at number four.

Air New Zealand beat Qantas to come in at seventh place on the list.

The awards are based on surveys from over 18 million passengers and features 200 airlines.
