Video: Top Gear Christmas double-header revealed

Top Gear is promising to make Christmas extra special for petrolheads this year, with not one but two episodes to be screened during the festive season.

The Boxing Day extravaganza will be the Middle East excursion we revealed a couple of weeks ago, but before that the another programme will see Clarkson, Hammond and May race across New York in three of the world's finest supercars and also seat movie director Danny Boyle in the Reasonably Priced Car.

Their last trip across the pond resulted in them getting shot at, but the biggest dangers they'll face this time will probably be from each other. We can't say the same for the 'three unwise men' trip, which begins in war-torn Iraq. The episodes will be screened on 21 and 26 December respectively. Click below to watch the BBC trailer.
