Jaguar's elegant mid-engined supercar makes its North American debut at the LA show this week. Doubtless the 780bhp C-X75 will have just as much of an impact on Los Angeles as it did at Paris last month.
Beneath the curvaceous body lies an experimental powertrain which uses miniature gas turbines to recharge the batteries powering four 195bhp electric motors. If the rumours are to be believed, Jaguar is actually exploring the idea of building the thing.
